What is Counselling at Klove Cradle?

Every problem introduces you to yourself.  It shows you how you think, act, what you value, what are your beliefs and what you are made of.

Do you wish to discover more about yourself, your strengths and weaknesses, and gain a clearer picture in regards to your needs and your wants?  Or how your past shaped you to who you are today?

The ability to solve problems effectively comes from the experience of facing and overcoming obstacles.  Each time you solve another problem, you get a little better at the process.

Do you believe that a better understanding of yourself could possibly help you reach your fullest potential, eventually leading to self-actualization?

Wish for things to change in your life?

What if having good self-awareness is the first step to this change you have been wishing and waiting for?

Self-awareness is being able to see yourself objectively, empathetically and compassionately through introspective reflections and facilitation from a skilled helper.  Having greater self-awareness helps in emotional-regulation, and can also increase motivations.  There are different degrees when it comes to self-awareness and very often, one thinks one knows himself/herself very well, but there are always blind spots to one’s own awareness.  This is where a professional counsellor can help you gain a more wholesome picture of yourself, and deeper into that mirror you are holding.

If you are in for an adventure of self-discovery, it would be our privilege to join you in this adventure of yours!  The choice is yours, as always, if you would like us to be part of this journey of yours!  If you choose to explore on this and give this a try, kindly fill out our Intake Form and let’s have a conversation about this in session.
