Feeling stressed with school? With work? With managing the home and/or children? Or all these combined?

Questioning your competency?

Not being able to find time to do what you like or used to enjoy?

Not having the rest you needed?

Stress is a word that is so commonly used, but how many truly understand what it means?  Stress is a state of mental or emotional strain/tension, arising from demanding circumstances to an individual.  As everyone is unique, holds different values and priorities.  Different people respond differently in different circumstances.  Even if the circumstance is the same/very similar, everyone experiences it differently.

Some common physical symptoms of stress include aches and pains, chest pain, exhaustion/fatigue, headaches, stomach or digestive problems, jaw-clenching / teeth-grinding, etc.  Some common emotional symptoms of stress include moodiness, frustrations, anger, sudden emotional outbursts, etc.

Time management is the process of prioritizing, planning and controlling how we use our time.  Having good time management skills can help us operate more effectively, efficiently and productively, especially when we are managing challenges / stress.
